Health Alert: More than 4,300 Arkansas residents have lost Medicaid under new work requirements

Asa Hutchinson on Wednesday announced the number of people dropped from the safety-net health insurance — the first Americans to become ineligible under new rules making work or job preparation a condition of coverage.
