Israel has not yet formally signed on.  READ FLORIDA AG TO BISHOPS: GIVE VAX EXEMPTIONS OR RISK VOUCHERS  Florida Republican Attorney General James Uthmeier says Catholic schools that reject parents' religious exemptions from vaccine mandates could lose access to state scholarships and vouchers. In a letter to Florida's bishops, Uthmeier, a Catholic, called the policy especially troubling for a Church that defends conscience and unborn life.
