EDUCATION FREEDOM VICTORY: SCHOOL CHOICE ALSO INCLUDED The Educational Choice for Children Act (ECCA) is included in House Republicans' omnibus tax bill, Sen. Bill Cassidy, R-LA, announced May 12.
