SCOTUS stays order restricting abortion pills

TUESDAY, May 5  SCOTUS TEMPORARILY ALLOWS MAIL-ORDER ABORTION PILLS  The Supreme Court yesterday issued a stay against a federal court decision that had reimposed safety regulations on the abortion pill mifepristone. The stay will remain in effect at least until May 11 as the Court considers taking up the case at the request of drug companies.
