OK, here's an easy one, because it was just in the news: A verified person of minor Internet infamy changed his profile picture to an image of a female journalist sitting together with her husband. The troll photoshopped his own face onto that of the journalist's spouse, put references to the journalist in his Twitter bio, and changed his background image to a collage of personal images of the journalist. The journalist said she'd received unwelcome messages from the troll in the past. Would you:
Permanently ban the troll. Suspend the troll temporarily for engaging in "targeted harassment." If he makes changes to his account to meet Twitter's rules, he can come back.
Do nothing; the behavior isn't in violation of Twitter's rules. Suspend the journalist after she reports Shkreli for harassment.

A troll tweets anti-Semitic slurs and images at a Twitter user, including one that says, "see you in the camps!" and includes an image of the target superimposed onto a lampshade. The Twitter user then screenshots and posts the hateful messages she received, with commentary. Would you:
Suspend the account that tweeted those anti-Semitic messages at the victim. Do nothing; the messages do not violate Twitter's rules
Suspend the account of the Twitter user who re-posted the harassment she was receiving. Take down the anti-Semitic images from each of the tweets, but take no further action against either account.

A minor celebrity with a verified account tweets an image of herself giving the Nazi salute; the caption read, "Seig heil!”  This person also has a history of tweeting things like, "Are you and your people ready to be rounded up to FEMA camps? Actually, that may be letting you off too easy!” and other pro-Nazi opinions. Would you:
Do nothing; this does not violate Twitter's rules. Temporarily suspend the person, until she removes the photograph.
Take away the account's verification checkmark, but let the account stay active on Twitter. Permanently ban this person.
