| The Environmental Protection Agency is proposing new vehicle emissions limits, with the most aggressive option leading to two-thirds of all new passenger car and light-duty truck sales being electric by 2032, the agency said. The EPA estimates that the proposals, once implemented, would avert the equivalent of two full years of nationwide carbon-dioxide emissions. |
