Leaks with consequences, tailor-made valves and this year's super hero

This wouldn’t have happened with VAG LeakMonitoring 4.0
Our VAG LeakMonitoring 4.0 concept unexpectedly advanced to become the highlight of the Aquarama trade fair which took place in Belgium at the end of October. Shortly before the fair there was a pipe burst with disastrous consequences. Several hundred people had to leave their homes, train services and road traffic were brought to a halt and there was substantial material damage.
Could VAG LeakMonitoring have prevented this?
Yes.
Because the system would have detected the water loss automatically, would have located the leak and thus prevented most of the consequential damage.

You know your BMI.
What about the VAG BMH?
The right size for everyone! You may already know your BMI. Today we are presenting “BMH” to you. The three letters stand for Basic, Medium and High and refer to product varieties.

Basic is the lean, budget-friendly standard valve, Medium is the solution for mid-level requirements and High is the one for the most demanding requirements in terms of material and service life. VAG offers you tailor-made valves for any budget and any task.
These two platforms are now available in the new B / M / H varieties:

Moving all around the globe
Aquarama was one of over fifty trade fairs at which VAG presented innovative products and solutions in 2017 – in Europe and all over the world. This year’s biggest event was the IFAT Shanghai. We were present all around the globe, including Vancouver Vancouver, Dresden, Leuven, Oldenburg, Casablanca, Kassel, Sao Paulo, Ulm, Hobart, Lübeck-Travemünde und Ho Chi Minh City.

The next IFAT is just around the corner: We hope to see you at our booth in Munich, in the period from May 14 to 18, 2018!

This year’s true super hero is ….
… this gentleman with the big bushy beard. The Telegraph newspaper figured out that – considering the world’s different time zones – Santa Claus will be travelling just under 510 million kilometres in 32 hours on Christmas Eve. This corresponds to a speed of almost 16 million km/h. And it doesn’t even include the time he’ll need to throw gifts into chimneys or talk to one or the other child.

We wish you a Merry Christmas and a good start to 2018!
