A newly released survey finds most Virginia voters favor their candidate for positive or issue-focused reasons, while a minority say they are motivated by negative views toward their preferred candidate's opponent.
Aides said the president's speech will be a chance for him to rally international support for his campaign to increase economic and diplomatic pressure on Pyongyang.
What, if any, substantive changes might come from the meeting is unclear. But the White House and Democrats will be able to say they're trying to reach agreement.
