This is such a great recipe for squash and fish-lovers alike! Matthew has some extra tips to make the most of the salmon: 1. Make sure to dry off the salmon before searing. 2. if you don't want to sear the salmon you can also bake it for 15 minutes at 425F! 3. make sure the roasted squash, potatoes, barley are fully tender and still hot when mixing with the kale so they wilt the kale a little bit. |
