| The Treasury Department announced Thursday that in early 2023, Americans will get between $3,751 and $7,500 off their purchase of an electric vehicle, depending on the battery in the car. Middle-income households will also be able to access other tax credits on Jan. 1, including ones for home weatherization, rooftop solar and heat pumps. |
