| A study by the World Weather Attribution group released Monday affirms that climate change made India's and Pakistan's record-hot March and April at least 30 times as likely and about one degree Celsius hotter compared to a time without human-induced warming from the burning of fossil fuels. The heat has strained wheat supplies and outdoor labor and is tied to at least 90 deaths. |
