| Abbott Nutrition announced it has entered into a consent decree with the Food and Drug Administration to resolve safety issues at its formula plant in Michigan. After the FDA confirms the initial requirements for start-up have been met, Abbott could restart the site within two weeks, but it would take another six to eight weeks before product is available on shelves, the company said in a statement. |
