It hurts to say this, but avowed Marxists and Communists, calling themselves “Democratic Socialists,” are actually making headway with voters by pushing the same old lie that government control of our lives and economy can lead to a thriving America.
Nothing could be farther from the truth. This nation was founded on independence, not dependence. These candidates aren’t seeking to make the United States thrive. Their goal is to dismantle the system that has produced the most free, most prosperous nation in history.
