Health Alert: Billions of people will be at risk as malaria, once on the decline, thrives again. Here’s who is most threatened.

Cases of malaria are likely to increase dramatically because of climate change as rising temperatures push mosquitoes to new areas and lengthen transmission seasons, according to a new Washington Post analysis.
