The message in question came April 13 from the EPA's main Twitter account, shortly after former coal and nuclear lobbyist Andrew Wheeler was confirmed as the agency's second-in-command.
Updated disclosure forms by J. Steven Hart's former law firm show that, contrary to his previous denials, he did lobby the Environmental Protection Agency on behalf of several clients.
Three Senate Democrats asked the agency's inspector general to probe whether Pruitt received an improper gift from a top aide who conducted a housing search for him last year.
